Ruston Chambers, spacious two bedroom apartment with free parking

Lovely central flat Positive: Lovely flat and very convenient. Main bedroom & single bedroom were nice & comfy. Other two beds (for children) were a fold out in the living room and a bed on the floor - both of which were nicely made & very comfortable The whole flat was set up with a bit of all practical provisions you might need (not just tea & coffee but lots of things) which was really helpful. Negative: Some walk through overnight with drunk people near the window but realistically it was a Saturday night and very central, probably would have got that anywhere

Positive: From start to finish a great experience. Laura is lovely and we really appreciated the offer of a mid week clean as we were there for 10 days. Love this place will definitely come again! Negative: We loved everything

Over all comfortable, clean with everything you need very spacious apartment Positive: Property very comfortable with everything you need. Clean few minor things could do with fixing toilet flush plate, shower drain, but overall comfortable Negative: Location of property not the best can be very noisy when pubs shut into early hours but it’s expected with a town centre apartment

Nothing to fault. Very clean and nice. Positive: Great location right in middle of St Ives. Great value for 5 people. Plus parking space.
